Communication is inherent to humankind and is vital in any organisation. That is why we devote significant resources to maintaining fluent communication both inside and outside the company.
Internally, our intention is for all people who form part of Siliken to know the organisation well, its projects, its aspirations, its objectives, its philosophy... to favour synergy so that everyone is ready to give their very best and become involved in the company.
Externally, we work hard on communication because we are an open and transparent company that has made trust one of its main trademarks. Siliken’s activities, its environment and circumstances, its rapid growth and expansion and the innovation and development of new products are all aspects which generate public interest, which we try to satisfy each day from the Communication Department.
In addition, another of our communication objectives is to promote a culture and social awareness of sustainable development, respect for the environment, certain responsible habits to promote energy saving and the reasonable use of natural resources.
