In Munich Siliken Presents a Mini Wind Generator and New Inverters from 3.3 to 5 kW

The Spanish renewable energy company, Siliken, has presented its new products at InterSolar 2010, the International Trade Fair for Photovoltaics and Solar Thermal Technology. In addition to its renowned standard photovoltaic and architecturally integrated modules -which have doubled their warranty period from 5 to 10 years since February- Siliken also has showed its structures for ground-mounted and rooftop installations, electrical combiner boxes and string monitors. As a novelty, the company has displayed its new 5 kW wind generator as well as new 3.3 to 5 kW inverters, which join the already existing ones of 50 to 100 kW.
The grid connected one-phase inverters of 3.3 to 5 kW have a wide MPP voltage range, which makes the setting of installation dimensions vastly flexible. The maximum power output for inverters without a transformer is 96.3% and 96.5% for inverters with a transformer. The inverters have a wide range of operating temperatures, from -20ºC to +55ºC. The 5 kW wind generator, designed and manufactured by Siliken, on the other hand obtains exceptional output with gentle winds and has a low noise level.
